and Connie Ellis would like to welcome you to the Old Riverside
Lodge Bed & Breakfast, located alongside the bend of the
Musquodoboit Harbour River.
Formerly operated as
the Riverside Lodge during the 1960’s through to the 1980’s, this
century and a half year old home has since been completely
renovated. Offering 3 large bedrooms for your enjoyment each have
been newly decorated with a hint of antique furnishings to
compliment those found throughout the house. Even the original
hardwood floors have been refinished to their original luster
throughout the rooms! |

Whether you are visiting the Eastern
Shore to enjoy our beautiful beaches and scenery, getting together
with old or new friends, or just needing to rest your weary head
after a long day of traveling, you will find our home to be the
perfect, serene destination. |

Upon Your Arrival . . .and upon request hot
and cold beverages can be made available.
Between 8:30 -9:30
each evening freshly brewed coffee and hot tea are served with
tasty home-made loaves.
A continental breakfast is served between
7:30 – 9:30 a.m. in the large dining-room overlooking the river.
Cereal, juice, tea and coffee, homemade muffins and bread, along
with locally made jams are just a sampling of breakfast favourites
served each morning.

find the view from the full length veranda to be most relaxing,
encourage you to walk our trails, and/or enjoy the amenities made
available in the pergola, giving you a bird’s eye view of the
mouth of the river. |
